Compressor
Compressor Replacement
The compressor is the engine component that keeps the A/C system functioning by maintaining the flow of refrigerant to it. The general public is often misled by car maintenance providers in saying a new compressor would solve all their A/C problems. However, in the majority of the instances we see, a new compressor is unnecessary. In fact, loose belts, electrical issues, and something as simple as low refrigerant are the common causes of assumed compressor malfunction. Even when the compressor is leaking, there’s no need to replace it. It’s possible to safely seal the source of the leak.
Compressor Repair
Due to the unavoidable build up of debris, sometimes the compressor, the condenser, drier/filer, and expansion valve have to be replaced.
